Every four to six weeks suits most skin. Skin renews on roughly that cycle, so treatments build on each other rather than starting over.
There is a short sting as the strip lifts, and it fades quickly. Skin can stay pink for a few hours. Waxing is not performed on skin using retinoids, on Accutane within six months, or on sunburned or broken skin.
Come without makeup if you can, or arrive as you are and we will cleanse for you. Skip retinoids and exfoliating acids for two weeks beforehand, and avoid sun, tanning, and self-tanner on the treatment area.

The studio is in Schaumburg, an easy drive from Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Elk Grove Village, Roselle, and the rest of Chicagoland. It is a private studio by appointment, so we share the exact address when you book.
