What the site measures, what the booking form keeps, and how to switch the tracking off.

NKD SKN runs this site. Two different things happen here, and they deserve to be kept apart: analytics, which is about how the pages get used, and the booking form, which is you deliberately handing us your details so we can hold an appointment.
When you book, you give us your name, email, phone number and any notes you choose to write. We use them to confirm the appointment, send the care guide, and reach you if something changes. They live in the booking system Invoke Branding runs for the studio. We do not sell them, rent them, or hand them to anyone who is not part of running your appointment.
Those fields are masked in our analytics, deliberately and in the markup, so what you type into them never appears in a session recording. If you want your details removed after a visit, ask and they are removed.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site gets used. It saves how you move through the pages and replays that visit as a video, so we can see where the treatment menu is confusing or where the booking flow loses people. Microsoft receives and stores that recording, and their privacy statement explains what they do with it: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Clarity hides the contents of text fields, and we mask the booking fields on top of that. Clarity also shares an identifier with Bing, which Microsoft owns — we tell no one who you are, but it is fair that you know the link exists.
Clarity sets cookies so one visit reads as one session rather than five separate ones. Those are the only cookies this site sets. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
We also load our fonts from Google Fonts. That sets no cookie, but your browser does fetch them from Google, so Google sees the request. It is the only other company this site talks to.
Instagram and the map link out to services with their own policies and their own cookies. What you do there no longer passes through us.
